The McCollum's are our Family of the Month for April. This month is extra special for us because it is Autism awareness month. We are blessed to accept many amazing children into our #NCTFamily who are on the Autism Spectrum and excel in our program in AND out of the Dojang. At New Creation Taekwondo, we don't see a child with a disability but we see many children with "This Ability" to always persevere through whatever challenges they face. “We were invited to New Creation Taekwondo by a friend in the summer of 2021. From the first day Kayden walked in, he absolutely loved it. The NCT team welcomes you in as if you were family and creates a feeling of security and a loving environment. We are grateful and extremely blessed to have such wonderful people in our lives.
With challenges from autism, Kayden struggles with social settings, some physical demands, and self-control. In the short time we have been attending classes, Kayden has made tremendous strides in overcoming these difficulties. NCT has given him the courage and confidence to engage in school and social events, the motivation and determination to never give up on his dreams, and the serenity and patience to balance and control his life. I can’t thank NCT enough for everything they have done and continue to do for my son.
