Jeffrey Brace

Since joining New Creation Taekwondo, Master Brace has consistently brought a passion and dedication with him to work. Master Brace is a 5th Dan black belt through the World Taekwondo Federation. He is currently training under Grand Master Henry to become a certified Grand Master through New Creation Taekwondo. A former vice director of local Taekwondo tournaments for 13 years, he has also organized and managed the tournament and demo teams. He has experience teaching students of all ages from 3 years old to 60 years old. He is a certified NJ teacher with a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Master’s in Elementary Education through Drexel University.
Matthew Owens Jr.
Scarborough, Maine Branch Instructor
Matthew Owens has a second degree black belt in the Jhoon Rhee style of Taekwondo and a black belt in kickboxing. He has been doing martial arts for 15 years and teaching for 13 years. Matt learned taekwondo in New Jersey at Imperial Taekwondo at the age of 14 and started teaching at 16, and continued teaching when he moved to Maine, where he started the New England branch. Branch Instructor Owens has competed in several tournaments along the east coast. He has won many tournaments, the most notable are Battle of Baltimore and Amerikick Internationals.
EVAN R. HENRY
Founder & Grand Master
Grand Master Evan Henry is a 5th Dan Black belt in the World Taekwondo Federation. He is community oriented to helping all students transform their minds, bodies and lives. He has been teaching Taekwondo for over 20 years. Known as the "Jersey Wolf", Grand Master Henry has competed in many local, state, regional and national tournaments and he is a former 3 times Mayor's Cup Grand Champion. He has a degree in Pastoral Leadership and a degree in Practical Theology.
Markeitah A Hayes
Executive Director & Lead Coach, New Creation iFierce
Markeitah, also known as Coach Keita Fierce, has been a welcomed member of the New Creation team since late 2017. She has always assisted with the needs of New Creation Taekwondo above and beyond. In the summer of 2018, she created New Creation iFierce, the women's program under the New Creation umbrella. She has developed a nutrition and fitness program that incorporates the importance of fellowship and empowerment of women. Her goal through New Creation iFierce is to help women Unapologetically Unlock and "Unleash their inner Fierce" while providing a safe environment where women can become better versions of themselves.
